In recent months, there have been shifts at the IU that communicate its staff are not trusted to do their jobs. Supervisors have been placed in the middle with little to no communication coming from the CEO. This was once a place with a positive culture that treated its employees like professionals. While places must evolve, the way changes have happened shows little to no respect for the people who work here. This is the opposite of the IU's mission statement and core values of relationships and care for people.
