      They hired me fast and some of the people were nice

      Cons

      My work was constantly looked down on by people who had no idea how to do my job. I was responsible for bringing a lot of NEEDED changes to that companies digital footprint and they fired me without a second thought.

      I love my job. I have good work-life balance. No weekends and no on-call. Affordable health insurance.

      Low pay. Takes 1 year to be paid for holidays.

      Plenty of work to stay busy. Mom and pop shop with honesty and integrity, plans to grow and expand. Management is very receptive to feedback.

      With a growing business comes some growing pains, but they are few here.
