2yI am truly surprised that Glassdoor.com does not put any time or effort into validating reviews. This is extremely concerning to me as a representative to a Team of People who work so hard every day to service our members. Reviews such as this only undermine their efforts.
Glassdoor's recommendation to me is to respond with an employer response, so here it goes.....
