Pros
They treat their employees very well. Benefits are good and pay depends on where you work but if fair. Members are kind and management was very fair in my experience
Cons
Some of the employees are not interested in working hard so it can be a frustrating experience if you are motivated to get the job done. Management does not like to fire people because they want the club to avoid any bad publicity that could come up.
