Management have reputation for being very toxic, shouting at staff publicly, or being emotionally manipulative.
Staff often crying at work.
Always working 1 - 1.5 hours past shift time scheduled on rota.
Full-timers tend to do in excess of 50 hour weeks.
No transparency on tips, staff who snitch on other staff receive much higher tips than other staff who work longer hours or have been working there longer.
Tips can be withheld for weeks if management has a problem with you.
