Pros
1. Very good environment to work. 2. Very nice team members. 3. Activities are also cool, however they can increase the number of activities in the office. 4. Super easy to reach owners. 5. CEO is very nice, They both understand the requirements of employees and always ready to discuss the problems. 6. Freshers are trained very well. 7. Very supportive colleagues. 8. I joined as Sr software engineer and worked for more than 3.5 years.
Cons
Not as such, but they can increase the number of activities in the office. You need to use Hubstaff tracker if working from home.
