Pros

So much good until recent.

Cons

This used to be a really solid place to work — people collaborated well and there was a sense of teamwork across departments. That changed after a new VP of Sales came in. Since then, there’s been growing tension. It feels like the goal is to create division, not alignment. Many have raised concerns through HR, but nothing seems to come of it.

Pros

Chill environment, no micromanaging from supervisors

Cons

I worked there through allegiance staffing. I was told that some people didn't get hired by the company and stayed a temp for years!! And then when you do get hired, you get like 50 cent more, bringing your hourly to a whopping $15.50. seriously? 15.50? How can anyone manage on that in 2024. There is no advancement. I heard the supervisors are making like 17-18 lol. Also, the people who wrapping pallets and putting stickers on the orders were getting paid the same as me, a forklift operator. That's ridiculous. Anyone can wrap a pallet. To me that's an "f you" to the operator. They obviously take advantage of temps, not wanting to pay for medical insurance to as many people as they can, so I'd do the same to them. Only work here in between your next job.
