I’m very sorry to hear about your experience and would like to understand more. While it is never our intention to have an employee feel they are under constant scrutiny, we have strict contractual obligations we must meet. In addition, the regulations and laws that govern our programs require compliance, which we ensure by having thorough processes, continual reviews and improvement plans.
