      Pros

      The company has grown to make the pros outweigh the cons. We get direct deposit now which is amazing. We have gotten a good solid management team that continues to grow and change to help teachers more. We also get teacher appreciation gifts at least once a month that are corny but so cute!

      Cons

      With all childcare’s there is always at least some cons but honestly they aren’t that bad in my opinion. We have grown so much that we need more teachers but I personal love to get the overtime so I don’t mind helping and staying we I’m asked.

      Really cool and fun things in the facility.

      Cons

      Poor safety standards, Poor Management, teachers putting hands on students, teachers leaving trainees in rooms with no CPR certifications, nothing in rooms saying who had allergies and of what, if you have a child in the care as well they treat you very poorly, they don’t treat you as a parent who’s kid is in the care and paying to be in the care, extremely unprofessional and rude management.
