Pros
It’s the ‘Disneyland of daycares’ on the outside. Just be cautious if you want to work for the company.
Cons
-No Corporate Support -High Teacher Turnover -High Director Turnover (I had 5+ different ones) -High Regional Manager Turnover -Very minimal basic building repairs that took years to fix -Charge high tuition but pay teachers bare minimum wage -No yearly raises (as promised when hired) -Very little budget for teacher appreciation -Unhealthy menu and small portions for kids -Amazing amenities that never work (iPads, tablets, etc) -Curriculum promised but teachers never given supplies -Dirty rooms, nightly cleaning crews often quit -Too many other issues to mention
