Disappointing Experience at Chiliz - Senior Software Engineer Chiliz Employee Review

I want to share my negative experience at the company during my 3-month tenure. I was a part of the Chiliz Exchange team. I left my previous job to join them under the promise of an exciting project with growth prospects. However, as soon as I started, it became evident that the project had no future, and the company was not committed to it. Things took a turn for the worse after three months. We were then informed that, due to the company's decision, the entire team was being LAID OFF. This is completely unacceptable, in my opinion. I left my job to join your company, and now you're telling me you're discontinuing the project? Didn't you know this three months ago? Do you think it's right to toy with people's professional careers like this? This pertains to the end result, but the internal communication and decision-making within the organisation were also abysmal. I do not recommend anyone to join this company.
