Pros

I really enjoy working for Chilli Pilates because of the support and understanding in the role. When I started I had plenty of training and guidance and when I started teaching on my own felt confident in my abilities, I feel valued as a member of staff and feel I have support if I need it. Now I am in my full time teaching role I could not be happier and feel I have found my dream job, as I have a passion for teaching and Pilates.

Cons

There can be a lot of driving but mostly only work from the two locations, which will not be far from where you live. There are early morning, evenings and weekend work but I found it works well in my life and enjoy the day off in the week and saturday and sunday is only till 1:30pm so still have the rest of the day.

Pros

Fantastic progression system with the company to enhance your career & learn new skills to help those within the team & members. Active job where you're not sitting much & moving around majority of the day Wonderful staff members that get on - feels like a family Supportive management team & mentors within the company Members are brilliant Teaching classes are fun & it's enjoyable knowing you're bettering a members day & helping them achieve their goals. Brilliant place to learn new skills & to apply your own knowledge from your own training background to classes & building your own client base. The pay is good & better than other competitors It is challenging & demanding - worth it in the end for how much you develop. Lots of social events throughout the year - it's really good to catch up & see the members of staff you don't get to see often & outside of work. A lot of in house training & CPD. Lot's of support for those going through the academies & once passing you're assigned someone to support you through your first 6 weeks & a mentor to help build your 1:1 client base. Good pension scheme

Cons

Can potentially be a late to early shift - this all depends on your own rota.
