Getting a raise was a difficult process, a lot of projects started but never finalized. There's A lack of experienced people in management positions. There's a huge gap in salary in the same positions, which has nothing to do with experience. If You get a good deal at the start then You're the lucky one.

The teams are highly passionate and quality expectations are top-notch. Interesting projects with big, known clients.

No clear career path. Salary is mediocre. Upper management can be challenging.
