Easy job for me. Loved the autonomy I had to be as creative as I wanted to be. The owner was great. Decent pay for the work i was doing and the benefits were good too.

No where for me to move up at that time.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all.

Micro managed, they do not value employees, under paid and over worked.
