Work Environment - CSR Chips Tree Service Employee Review

Working at Chips Tree Service has been great so far. The work ethic and positivity here are truly infectious. From the moment I joined the team I felt welcomed and supported. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that each project is completed with precision and care. Judy, the project manager is so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm grateful to be part of such a dedicated and uplifting work environment.

Office space could be a bit bigger

Fun work environment. Management. Small staff. I worked at a different company (same service) with Judy and Yesenia. They reached out to me when there was a job opening and I havent looked back since. I went from a technician to helping out in the office (previous office experience) and it's opened many doors into management and I couldn't have achieved where I am without them seeing my potential. I know the entire management team believes in me & they encourage me to be great. If you want to grow and move up the opportunity is there and management/ownership will make things happen.
