Pros
The ONLY pro is SOME of the staff you get to work with. I made some lovely working relationships and the only reason I stayed as long as I did was for them other than that there are NO pros. Most of the staff are so scared of the above directors that they just nod and do as they are told. The only positive review on here was made by the director because she pushed a member of staff to write it and what to say...
Cons
The cons are you are punished for being ill or for saying what shifts you are available for the month after being asked, you get pay taken from you if you don't play by their rules, the directors don't know how to run a business or even how to deal with day to day running of a business! You get spoken to like dirt and made to work up to 12 hour days and not have a break because you will questioned as to where you are... all in all it's a joke.
