idk how it works for health coders but if you're trying to get into marketing, they have no regards to how the pay or process works in accordance to the US healthcare industry. The negotiation was a struggle and they put you on the same operational KPI as a health coder, which as a BD exec is literally impossible to achieve. The technical support is a joke usually taking upto 3-6 hours to rectify issues, I personally came under a lot of heat since they just would not white label my website access through RDP. (P.S.
