Can have complete project cycle exposure from concept selection through FEED, detailed engineering, construction and up to commissioning and start-up.
Cons
Long working hours and personnel working in engineering group do not get 1 month annual leave which is prevalent in Gulf region. No annual bonus or incentive schemes.
