Air conditioned warehouse gets cold in the winter but theres not alot of bad things to say about this place. It gets busy in the winter also but you can get good overtime if your willing to stay and help

The company does a good job with employee retention. If you have needs that aren't being met in your current position there is likely room for flexibility.

That being said, it is nearly impossible to get a review or pay raise without petitioning for it, the company culture is very "us vs. them" when it comes to the sales people and administrators compared to even the quality control managers and production staff. The divide seems to grow as the company becomes more successful. It's an every man for himself mentality.
