Pros
The work is very flexible.
Cons
There is zero training and the events are terribly managed. There is no training whatsoever. They don't give any expectation of how long you will be working, they just tell you when to show up. They also primarily supply extra waitstaff to a venue that already has employees, and those employees don't seem to care for the untrained, unorganized workers that Choice provides, and rightly so. But this doesn't make for a great work environment as the people who actually know what they're doing tend to treat you like you're just in the way. I have no idea who was actually in charge of me for the times I worked since they were never introduced in any way, but I do know that several people who appeared to be managers yelled at me because I didn't know what I was doing (because I had not been trained). Someone also yelled at me for going up to the locker room to use the restroom. Seems like a bad policy. I would advise not working for them if you can help it.
