      People are nice generally and intelligent

      Cons

      I think management doesnt think through decisions enough and listen to people who are executing on why/how things can be improved in order to achieve the goals set out.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
