Low pay, even for someone who had been there for years - Housekeeping Supervisor Choice Hotels Employee Review

upper management sucked. I worked there for 3 years and only got a dollar an hour raise (barely above minimum wage) after begging for one. I took pride in my work and got promoted, but didn't get any raise. Once they were short staffed and told me that they would pay me double if I worked on Thanksgiving, so I did, and as soon as my paycheck came in, they said that I couldn't get double pay because at the time I wasn't a full time employee. I was in college. If i knew they were going to screw me, I would have gone home for thanksgiving dinner.
