Every company, especially in our field, has to have a clearly outlined set of goals that the company needs to meet to perform and to survive as a business. The position in question is covered with every applicant and candidate that is being considered. Being we work with the business division of Staples, most businesses, especially in the Tampa area, have already heard of or used us before. This makes most of our work following up with existing customers and meeting with business owners to explain the financial benefits of our client to their business compared to their alternative providers. Our training is in-depth, as well as our training is ongoing from the entry-level through management. Products and services are a major part of our training, and training is on-the-job and spread out over a period of time to ensure that candidates with any learning curve are able to properly learn and digest the information. All we ask is that our employees meet our trainers and management halfway. A foundation must be established through training before it can be built upon to ensure that every employee will be successful.
