Pros
Since the company is so small, as a administrative assistant you have a lot of opportunity to learn about the business and will have a lot of responsibility. Benefits were very good.
Cons
There is no internal mobility. As the company expanded, managers were hired from outside the company instead of promoting from within. Also very little earning potential with low salary, even with a college degree. There was also no bonus structure for leasing properties.
