Pros
Once trained, you're given the space to complete your responsibilities without someone constantly looking over your shoulder but you always have access to helpful team members and management for questions or brainstorming sessions. There are lots of opportunities for learning and developing new skills, especially in keyword research and SEO. Unlike some organizations who feel the need to have "yet another meeting that could have been an email", we have a few pre-scheduled useful weekly meetings and then simply message or call each other on Slack as needed. Excellent work/life balance and it's never an issue if you need to run your kid to school or go to the dentist.
Cons
Being a fairly small start-up, the company does not yet have health benefits or retirement benefits.
