Like many media companies in the current landscape, the organization experienced financial challenges that created uncertainty and ultimately impacted staffing.

I am the CEO / Co-Founder of Choosing Therapy. Also, I am very involved in the interview process of new employees. I am huge believer in our mission of helping people improve their mental health. I am in therapy myself and have am living a more balanced and fulfilling life as a result. Our north star is provide medically / clinically accurate information on mental health topics that help people take the the next step in accessing the care they need. I am extremely proud of our rigorous editorial process that includes a licensed therapist, and a medical doctor or pharmacist. We help guide readers to evidence based treatment that are a good fit for them.

We are young company and we don't yet offer medical benefits. I am hoping we can do so in the future.
