Pros

I would have had something good to say until the recent experience I had. So now the answer it nothing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. I advocated for change in the department, and was shut down completely. They cared less about my mental health then I thought possible. The pay is not adequate for the work. No one has any idea how to run their department. Every task is pushed to everyone other than the people that should be handling it. A company that has had 3 ceos in the last year alone is not a place you want to plant a flag. A whole lot of 2 faced people that are entirely fake.

i had an awesome run with great managers

Cons

hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

Pros

Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

Cons

Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
