      The company's salary structure was stable, and I had no major complaints about it.

      I was initially excited to join this company due to its good reputation, but it didn't take long for me to realize that the owner is quite different from what he appears to be. He's a self-centered person who cares mainly about himself and often isn't truthful. What's particularly troubling is how he treats his clients, he makes big promises but files to follow through and frequently tries to take advantage of them. For example, he'd double-book coaches, leaving clients with less time, and pressure coaches to sell expensive packages to clients who didn't need them. The workplace is chaotic, with ever-changing rules, and the owner readily fires employees for unreasonable reasons. My overall experience was very negative, and I strongly discourage anyone, especially coaches, from considering this company.

      These are a coordinated attack by one person. The positions they describe don't exist and we have had zero turnover in those departments in 5 plus years. We are a very small company. The reviews violate Glass Door Policy and should be removed. Anyone reading these would question the malice and hypocrisy in that they provide zero relevant information that is helpful to a company that cares deeply about our people, and always wanting to improve or a potential candidate applying for a position.       Pros

      Like the headline suggest, there's not a lot of places that allow you move with this type of agility. Not a lot of gates but very collaborative environment very similar to a startup. The work environment is in-office only, and there's a mix of demographics that sustain a very vibrant work culture. The leadership is open to dialogue with every one but will also encourages you to own your results. Put simply they enable you to be better. Very common sense approach to business.

      Cons

      Office location is in DTLA, with limited street parking, they will provide parking passes to a nearby parking garage if interested. The company is going through a growth period that is necessitating the update of a lot of systems. It's a lot to overcome.
