Good people, no focus or clear strategy - Anonymous employee Christian Science Publishing Employee Review

Benefits are very average. Health insurance is only partly paid and employee is expected to contribute out of their salary. Some commuter benefits, but no parking benefits, constantly increasing costs to employee. Passive aggressive, and unsupportive work culture. Not necessarily a fun place to work, but good people, all with their own agenda. Little or no strategy.
