-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations.
-Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice
-Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift.
-Will have to work out of your area with no added pay
-Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you.
-If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive
-Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished.
-Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
