Pros
Benefits and pay are great! Steady schedule.
Cons
The management shares complete and utter lack of respect for those under their control. My managers were unapproachable. I felt so uncomfortable coming to work each day or even having to ask a question because nobody trained me thoroughly. Didn't help these managers were best friends outside of work and seemed to do quite a bit together. Matter of fact the VP hired this friend because they used to work together. I'm sure fair and equal hiring practices were at play??? Not.... Both were not inclusive of the rest of the team in activities during the work week either. My boss in particular would not do any of the work I was expected to do. Training was a joke. No set training plans. Most of the time was here is this project, good luck. Way too many inexperienced managers, mine being one of them. These people are also very arrogant in their attitudes and how they treat others. The office politics here are horrible. The CEO is in his own little bubble and lets these inexperienced VP's/Directors/Etc. create a culture of absolute disorganization for the line-based workers. I could continue but prefer not to write a novel on how terrible this work environment was.
