      Christian culture. Management cares. ESOP benefits for all full time employees on top of personal retirement contribution savings.

      Cons

      I cant think of any except the industry as a whole is cyclical. Pay is better when industry in on an up cycle.

      -Clear communication -Transparent policies and leadership throughout -Hands on training -Opportunity for growth -Amazing colleagues -To date it is the best company I've ever worked for. They treated me like my position actually mattered to them instead of regarding me as just a number.

      -The pay could've been a little better but it wasn't THAT bad

      Pros

      Churchill Mortgage has a strong emphasis on people and culture, which many will appreciate. During my time in IT, I gained valuable experience and worked with a supportive team. However, there were challenges with modernization and aligning IT with broader business goals, which impacted my overall experience. The company is stable and has good intentions, but it may not be the right fit for everyone depending on personal and professional priorities.
