Pros

The product is strong and the CS and product teams are full of smart, motivated people. I had great coworkers who genuinely cared about customers. You can learn a lot here if you’re early in your career or looking to build resilience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Cons

Things took a hard turn when new sales leadership came in. There was very little effort to get to know the team — just a quick push to make changes. Longstanding reps who had consistently delivered were sidelined or let go without much conversation. Big structural decisions were made quickly and rolled out with little to no guidance. It started to feel like decisions were being made for the sake of making changes, not because they were thought through or tied to a clear GTM plan. Internal alignment got worse. Leadership felt more focused on visibility and brand than on actually supporting the team or understanding what made the company successful up to that point.

Pros

Compassionate leaders, great people, and true desire both to make the product better and to positively impact users. Flexibility with time off, etc, good pay and benefits

Cons

Time expectations and work/life balance likely vary across teams, and I can't speak for every department.

Pros

ChurnZero is a place where driven, thoughtful people come together to do meaningful work. The team is collaborative, accountable, and genuinely invested in helping customers succeed. There is a strong sense of ownership across the organization, and leadership is engaged, accessible, and focused on building something that lasts. It is an environment where you can grow, take on real responsibility, and be surrounded by people who challenge you in the best way.

Cons

There is a Washington, DC office where local employees gather 1–2 times per week, which is a great opportunity for in-person connection for those nearby. Not everyone is able to take advantage of that, and there are currently no company-wide in-person gatherings, so building relationships across the full team takes more intention.
