Pros
- True unlimited PTO for non-managers - Most managers do not micro-manage unless you are under-performing - Most people in the company are intelligent and are pleasant to work with - Technology is not that difficult to understand if you have any background in SaaS already - Health benefits and HSA are very solid, 401k is almost on par with other similar companies
Cons
- Most managers are first-time managers that receive little to no training or assistance on their journey; very apparent when individual contributors are given promotions and do not translate well to management - Pay becomes a bigger joke every single day, we are so far off the market average for most positions...upper management uses the Radford reports as their defense but we all know that every competitor pays significantly more - Every week we are losing more and more people to our largest competitor, execs are trying to hide it by hiring a ton of people to make the employee churn metric not look so bad - Equity is a complete joke, not only do you have to wait an entire year to even begin vesting at that point it would take years of vesting to see maybe a couple thousand dollars...don't be fooled by this because they are very vague on the details
