Pros

Extremely tight knit community. One of the best work environments I've been a part of. There is always a sense that employees come over profits, and because of that, the entire company cares about it's own success.

Cons

From an engineering side, the software has experienced some growing pains with many different engineers contributing to projects. And because we were providing a SaaS product in a client services world (enterprise software in general), there were a lot of hands in the pot and stakeholders. This had a tendency to create rough patches for the engineers, even if it wasn't visible to the outside world.

Pros

As CEO, Ranvir puts together teams of passionate and empathetic people who are driven and enabled to do their best work. He is not afraid of big ideas and pushes those around him to create big goals and then reach them. Greg, Chute's co-founder, was a constant inspiration to work with and one of the most innovative people I know. His ideas truly seem to always be years ahead of the curve. Despite being spread across the world in multiple offices, working at Chute always felt like working with a family. I truly felt cared for and valued by my colleagues. Also, Chute is a company that values diversity and inclusion in the work place - creating a work environment where people of all backgrounds and identities feel truly valued and supported.

Cons

Teams are small, so you have to be able and willing to put in your all to succeed.
