      Pros

      Beautiful place to work. Great opportunities to meet people in the industry. Can be a good place to be creative and try your hand at new things.

      Cons

      You will get asked to do everything and anything if you work full-time. Leadership has been known to be toxic. There were definitely bright spots but this place also made me feel very low and anxious. Moreover it felt like a place that relays heavily on (takes advantage of) eager, hardworking, and excited young women to execute their constantly changing visions for the business. Definitely a get in, get out situation. Recommend only working here as a part-time employee and setting boundaries early and firmly. Good company ethos--poor execution.

      Pros

      -Gorgeous space - floor team is nice

      Cons

      -bottom barrel pay-rate (will overwork you and not compensate for what you do) (you can make more working fast food) -Contract/on-call = hours fluctuate wildly (you will be asked to work full time hours but they will never give you full time/ some employees are salaried so it doesn't affect them) -Will not value your skills, will work you until you are burnt out then they will find a replacement (poor retention of good employees) -poor leadership (over delegation and lack of a organized hierarchy) -favoritism -No one takes 10 minute breaks, and you will never get broken for one unless you ask (illegal)
