The owner walks around the factory and if he just dont like you your fired on the spot, instiling' fear in all the workers. I saw it done twice while i worked there . 5. The production manager is a upolsterer and has no idea on the process of building boats or making fiberglass parts. Company moral is depressing which is sad for working on exciting boats
