Pros
The coworkers you work with at your own location can be some of the hardest workers you'll ever know. They become your second family almost. The people that do their job do it exceptionally well. It can be extremely good money, if you are a server or a manager. When the staff works together and is not in fear of corporate stopping by, they can run like well oiled machines and it is amazing to know you have served so many people in such a short period of time.
Cons
Some managers put into their positions know what they are doing and are amazing, but they do their job well in spite of those running the company. The majority of managers are handpicked favorites by the owner of the company, Terrell himself. Some of them even make it into corporate positions. These tend to be young girls that he is attracted to, will take out of a busy weekend set just to take out to dinner even if they are scheduled to work, invite up to his hotel room, make inappropriate comments to, etc. They like the money so they gladly put up with it. Becoming such a favorite even allows forgiveness, or blindness, to such things as drinking on the job, doing drugs on the job, and even getting a DUI in Terrell's own personal vehicle and getting to maintain your managerial position. It is not a uncommon thing for Terrell to berate/yell/cuss at people in the lobby or throw things across the room if he is upset. Food in the lobby, and kitchen equipment are not to be excluded in this.
