SCHEDULING! They only tell you what time to show up for work, you never know when you're getting off. Hard to plan around shifts, might be working for 3 hours or 8+ hours. They require availability or time off requests a month in advance but still might schedule you those days with only four to seven days notice. Servers and kitchen staff mention even worse ordeals as far as scheduling (being told to stay for a double shift the day of, etc).
