There is no career path. You have to eat lunch at your desk, no breakrooms. You will not be compensated for your efforts, might as well be mediocre. Special privileges for certain employees. Raises are across the board so you get the same % as an under performer. Some departments get to do things other departments cannot. Company communication is poor. The interior colors resemble the inside of a two month olds diaper. No employee training whatsoever, no development. You have two types of people here, executives and low level employees so if you are reading this, you are the later.
