Pros
The hours are flexible and the work isn't all that hard. Free movies are a definite bonus and it's nice to meet new people.
Cons
You have to occasionally clean up human excrement (i.e: vomit, feces, etc.) and I just don't think that 8.50 an hour is worth that. Also, they usually (for some reason) tend to give the ushers less hours than the rest of the titles.
