I've worked in different roles with this company since 2005 - full-time, part-time, and freelance. Since new ownership took charge in late 2017, I've seen this place transform for the better. The company has grown significantly to include processes that have improved internal and client communication, and the heightened company culture makes it a pleasure to come to work. We enjoy work flexbility (in office and remotely) and good benefits.
Ciniva always had a reputation for hiring good, skilled people. That hasn't changed, only now more people are here to help our clients succeed. The clients we attract are wonderful as well.
Cons
While we enjoy an advantageous location in downtown Norfolk, the commute can be challenging if you're coming from other parts of Hampton Roads.
