Pros
Career advancement opportunities, free uniforms, good parking, well lit restrooms, big break room, never run out out of toilet paper.
Cons
I don't know where to start really. Pay plan really sucks, they want this role to pretty much reflect a SM role in many ways. There's no car package and you use your own car a lot(visiting customers, delivering short product), they don't pay for any phone service and your constantly communicating(SSRs, the office, SM's, customers, reading emails ) with your phone. If you have to run a route for an extended amount of time (2-3 months) your home/work life balance really suffers because you're doing two jobs and putting in 50+ hrs a week. As much as they worry about SSRs hours, nothing is ever said or any member of management cares about how many hours you put in. And don't complain or you'll be labeled as one and non promotable.
