The team is great, leadership cares about their people, and advancement opportunities are available for those who work hard and want to advance. Because of the diverse work, there are opportunities to do many different things. Opportunities are truly merit based and hard work is rewarded. Decision making is quick and leadership interacts directly with employees on a regular basis.
Cons
Cintel is a Small Business, so the ability to move to other jobs within the company can take sometimes take some time. Growing quickly, so sometimes things get put on the back burner due to bandwidth of the team.
