Like most of the other reviews, company started out great when I started. And then the merger happened with another organization and just went downhill. If you want low pay, long hours and stressful days this is the right place for you. If not look somewhere else. The pay when I started was amazing then they merged and tried to switch us all to 100 percent commision but low percentage. After doing the math per paycheck I was losing almost 600 bucks. You complain about it to management and it's just a to bad so sad scenario. And the new GM Bernie is actively ruining the company. Last GM before him use to give us employee of the month gift cards, spiffs and christmas bonuses. This GM gives us....a pat on the back...yay!
