Cool place to work with great management

There is some heavy handed bureaucracy occasionally

Huge market opportunity in cryptocurrency analytics, intelligence and compliance. The team is really focused and works hard. Smart people to work with. CEO and management have a great global vision on how crypto merges with traditional finance & fiat, as well as the new DeFi landscape. Quite an open communication environment. They dealt with the COVID-19 issue well. Benefits are good and pay is good. Work is interesting.

The work life balance is not so good. I work on weekends. There is a flexible vacation schedule, where you can take as many days as you want in a year in leu of PTO, but there is so much work that I feel that I do work a lot on weekends.
