Pros
Working at Circadia has been one of the more meaningful experiences of my career. We’re building technology that genuinely impacts patient outcomes, not in a vague, buzzwordy way, but in a way you can see daily in skilled nursing and home care settings.
The team is deeply mission driven, smart, and collaborative. People here care about the product and the customers. There’s a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and trust, and leadership is transparent about where we’re going and why. If you’re motivated, curious, and willing to roll up your sleeves, you’ll learn a lot.
I appreciate that Circadia holds a high bar. Expectations are clear, and impact is rewarded. It’s fast-paced, but it’s energizing especially knowing the work directly improves patient care and clinical workflows.
Last, it is a startup, so by nature it is time-intensive, similar to environments like SpaceX, but for those who thrive in high-performance settings, that intensity is energizing rather than draining.
Cons
This is not a slow or overly structured environment. Things move quickly, priorities can shift, and ambiguity is part of the job. That can be challenging if you’re looking for a traditional or highly bureaucratic company. You need to be adaptable and proactive.
