Leadership has little respect for senior leadership or employees. - Leaders say one thing and then do another, and they say one thing and tell YOU to do another. Both claim to value everyone's different work styles and methods, but only thing those leaders care about is YES-SIR. - The TURN OVER rate is extremely HIGH considering it is a small company. + 6 - 7 talented employees who flipped their lives upside down, vacated their apartments, sold their personal belongings to get ready to work overseas ended up laid off. Imagine what it feels like to be without a home or a job. This alone gives a solid testament to the fact that something is not right at the leadership level.
