Pros
The company culture is great, the european team worked really well together, no matter the seniority of the members. There were loads of motivational events (top gun employee, teambuilding events) and lots of opportunities to grow.
Cons
Loads of people started leaving and created a bit of chaos and an overwhelming feeling of no growth possibilities, but everyone it is on their own path really so this was not really a problem of the company itself.
