Pros
*Impactful, meaningful work. *Management team that listens and does their best to build a happy, respectful, and inclusive place to work * Wide-spread communication that inspires team work and group effort * Policies and benefits that continue to evolve and grow to be a leader in workplace morale. I can’t say enough great things about Circle. I’ve worked for similar companies that didn’t even come close to the inclusion, diversity, and pure effort that is seen at Circle. When owners and managers have a direct interest in creating a healthy & happy place to work, that’s what you get!
Cons
Communication between departments can sometimes be isolating. Especially during times like COVID, where meetups and gatherings are limited. I think more company wide virtual gatherings would be helpful to meet new people and branch out of your bubble, but scheduling can make this difficult. This isn’t specific to Circle, but rather a pretty common hurdle in remote work.
